Ρύζι με μοσχάρι για μεσημέρι. Σκέφτομαι να φάω και ψωμί με βούτυρο και μέλι και καρύδια. Το βράδυ pizza κλασικά.

Σηκώθηκα φρέσκος σήμερα και έφαγα στις 13:00 το μεσημέρι. ΄Εφαγα μπριζόλα και πατάτες τηγανιτές. 'Εδωσα και στο 14 χρονο λυκόσκυλο να φάει μπριζόλα.
