Πλάκα κάνεις ; Βέβαια παίζει ρόλο και το ύψος.Εγώ είμαι πάνω από 1,80.
Οταν γυμναζόμουν συχνά και περπάταγα απο εδώ από εκεί ήμουν 80-82 κιλά το θυμάμαι έντονα,πρέπει να ήταν πρίν 5-10 χρόνια,και τώρα που κάνω καθιστική ζωή έχω φτάσει 94 με αποτέλεσμα κάποια ρούχα να μην μου κάνουν πλέον και να πρέπει να αγοράσω άλλα.
Επίσης πρέπει να κάνω δίαιτα οπωσδήποτε να χάσω 4 κιλά τουλάχιστον.

Τρίμαρα τα γένια μου πρίν λίγο στα 6 m.m Είχα να τα τριμάρω πάνω από μήνα γιατί βαριόμουν.
