Το μεγάλο game event της Γερμανίας. Όπως κάθε χρόνο έτσι και φέτος, εκτός από την Ε3 ανοίγει τις πύλες του κι ένα ακόμη μεγάλο γεγονός στο χώρο των games, το οποίο διεξάγεται στην Λειψία της Γερμανίας. Το συγκεκριμένο event (Games Convention) άρχισε να οργανώνεται σιγά-σιγά το 2002 και σήμερα αποτελεί ένα από τα μεγαλύτερα γεγονότα σε ότι αφορά τις παρουσιάσεις games στην Ευρώπη. Σκοπός του event είναι η προώθηση νέων games μέσω των διάφορων εταιριών και η ενημέρωση του κοινού μέσω press conferences για τις επικείμενες αλλαγές στο χώρο των games. Φέτος, οι επισκέπτες της έκθεσης θα έχουν στην διάθεσή τους 115.000 τετραγωνικά μέτρα για να μπορέσουν να περιπλανηθούν στα διάφορα halls δοκιμάζοντας νέες κυκλοφορίες, κονσόλες και hardware.
Το κεντρικό τμήμα της έκθεσης αποτελείται από πέντε halls. Στο πρώτο θα βρίσκονται οι δημοσιογράφοι και οι μεγάλοι υφιστάμενοι των εταιριών της παγκόσμιας παιχνιδοβιομηχανίας για να δοθούν όλες οι press conferences. Στα υπόλοιπα τέσσερα θα υπάρχουν τα περίπτερα των εταιριών όπου ο κόσμος θα έχει την ευκαιρία να έρθει σε μία πρώτη επαφή με τις κυκλοφορίες που αφορούν κυρίως το φθινόπωρο και τον χειμώνα Εκτός από όλα τα παραπάνω, θα υπάρχουν καθημερινά νυχτερινές εκδηλώσεις οι οποίες θα περιλαμβάνουν open-air festivals και συναυλίες. Φέτος, στο GC 2007, θα εκπροσωπηθούν 35 εταιρίες. Παρακάτω παρατίθενται όλες οι εταιρίες που πρόκειται να πάρουν μέρος στην διοργάνωση μαζί με όλα τα games που πρόκειται να παρουσιάσουν:

Η έκθεση θα ανοίξει τις πόρτες τις στις 22/8/2007 μόνο για τους δημοσιογράφους και από τις 23/8/2007 έως τις 26/8/2007 για το κοινό. Οι τιμές των εισιτηρίων αρχίζουν από τα απλά στα 12,5 € και τελειώνουν στα 29,5 € για τα διαρκείας (4 ημέρες). Η έκθεση θα είναι ανοιχτή την Πέμπτη και την Κυριακή 09:00-18:00 ενώ την Παρασκευή και το Σάββατο θα παραμείνει ανοιχτή μέχρι τις 20:00.
